The archive was briefly described by Westenholz 2014: 148, and placed in the context of the Akkadian empire by Schrakamp 2020b: 659. The archive documents „the running of an estate in the rural hinterland of Lagaš that engaged in agriculture, livestock breeding, and fishing“ (Schrakamp 2020b: 659).
